Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Software Technical Expert – OfficeTrack with profound, hands-on expertise in field service management platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design, optimization, and deployment of OfficeTrack solutions, ensuring scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and operational excellence across dispatch and field operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical mastery who can translate business requirements into robust system configurations, drive end-to-end implementation, and continuously improve platform performance through automation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Configuration Excellence
• Architect and design the OfficeTrack “golden configuration” with clearly defined and measurable acceptance criteria
• Establish standardized configurations to ensure scalability, consistency, and performance across deployments
• Define governance frameworks to minimize system deviations and ensure best-practice adherence
2. Implementation Strategy & Change Management
• Develop and execute a phased rollout strategy (Pilot | Expansion | Enterprise Scale)
• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption
• Mitigate risks through structured rollout planning and continuous feedback loops
3. Security, Roles & Governance
• Design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC) with strong governance principles
• Establish system guardrails to eliminate manual workarounds and enforce process standardization
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and operational policies
4. User Experience & Innovation
• Identify and resolve UI/UX pain points impacting dispatchers and field technicians
• Drive AI-driven enhancements and automation opportunities across workflows
• Improve operational efficiency through intelligent routing, scheduling, and predictive insights
5. System Integration & Architecture
• Design and optimize integrations between OfficeTrack and enterprise systems (e.g., Client, UKG, and other adjacent platforms)
• Ensure seamless data flow, high system reliability, and real-time synchronization
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration strategies with overall technology landscape
6. Testing & Validation
• Define and execute a comprehensive test strategy in a production-like environment
• Utilize advanced testing tools (e.g., Iris or equivalent) to validate system performance and reliability
• Ensure rigorous quality assurance prior to full-scale deployment
7. Continuous Improvement & Delivery Excellence
• Establish and maintain a continuous improvement backlog
• Identify optimization opportunities throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Drive iterative enhancements based on analytics, feedback, and emerging business needs
