Job Description
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• 6+ years of software automation testing and quality assurance experience

• 5+ years of expertise in test automation

• 4+ years of experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)

• 3+ years of experience creating automated tests and regression test suites using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Web Load, Jenkins, and JUnit

• 3+ years of experience implementing and maintaining automation framework components to support test execution

• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Experience integrating automated testing processes and designing automated testing frameworks

• Experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated test plans, test scripts, and test cases

• Experience creating automation that supports unit, functional, integration, user acceptance, and production deployment validation testing

• Knowledge of continuous integration and automated testing concepts

• Knowledge and/or experience testing batch, flat file, and web service-based interfaces

• Knowledge and/or experience with automated regression testing strategies and tools

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years of Java programming and scripting experience

• Experience using AI to develop and execute automated test cases

• Experience with SoapUI for Web Service test automation

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience creating performance and load tests using JMeter, Gatling, or K6

• Experience with API testing and automation using Postman, Rest Assured, REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, JWT, Swagger, and Pact

• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI

• Experience creating automated test reporting and artifact management



Job Overview:

The Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for building and supporting automated testing frameworks and automated tests that verify software functionality against business requirements and established quality standards. This role focuses on developing reusable, sustainable automation solutions that support testing across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including unit, functional, integration, user acceptance, and production deployment validation testing.



The position combines traditional software quality assurance practices with modern AI-driven quality engineering techniques. The successful candidate will participate in Agile development teams while designing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing automated testing frameworks that improve software quality, increase testing efficiency, and support continuous integration and delivery practices.



Job Duties:

• Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures

• Use AI-driven tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, and regression reliability

• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, test cases, and requirement traceability

• Manage and maintain the Test Case Repository

• Participate in collaborative sessions to develop test plans and acceptance criteria

• Design automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins

• Maintain automation frameworks and regression test suites

• Plan and manage test environments

• Analyze automated test assets and recommend improvements to testing frameworks, databases, and servers

• Execute automated testing and troubleshoot test failures

• Develop reporting frameworks for QA, UAT, Business, and IT Management

• Identify, track, and perform root cause analysis of software defects

• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects

• Partner with QA teams and architects to establish quality assurance standards and best practices

• Perform and coordinate system verification and validation testing

• Execute quality assurance testing activities to ensure applications and releases meet organizational quality standards
