Job Description
Desired Certifications:
• Completion of a Quality Assurance certificate program or possession of a current Quality Assurance certification (e.g., ISTQB)

Required skills:
• Years of IM/IT Experience (10+ Years)
• Experience as a Test Lead role within the past 10 years (4 Years)
• Demonstrated competency in writing and executing test plans and test cases (5 Years)
• Demonstrated experience with a transformative ERP implementation project in a public service environment involving complex legacy applications (3 Years)
• Spoken and written competence in English

Desired Skills:
• Experience developing test strategies and test programs in highly integrated environments with changes to a significant number of complex system integrations (3 to 5 years)
• Experience developing quality criteria in a technical environment (3 to 5 years)
• Experience developing and using test management procedures to coordinate with other project teams (1 to 3 years)
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating resources involved in testing and liaising with team members and subject matter experts to review requirements, design, test cases (3 to 5 years)
• Demonstrated experience tracking testing progress, providing regular status reports, and leading defect resolution (3 to 5 years)
• Experience consuming data modelling, enterprise relationship diagrams and solution architecture diagrams (3 to 5 years)
• Experience working with a distributed / remote team (1 to 3 years)
• Experience working with a major ERP implementation project in a public sector environment (3 to 5 years)
• Experience that demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, able to target communications to audience (e.g., technical, non-technical) (6 - 8 years)
• Experience working independently, with a high level of self-direction, and strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members and stakeholders at all levels (3 - 4 years)
