Required Education//Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.



Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Python.

• Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs) or other generative architectures.

• Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs.

• Understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

• Strong front-end development skills, particularly with React, for building interactive user interfaces.

• Demonstrable experience implementing chat functionality, including HTTP streaming, asynchronous operations, secure file uploads, and advanced chat formatting.

• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python/Generative AI Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI models and applications, including sophisticated chat interfaces. This role spans the AI lifecycle from research and prototyping through production deployment, with a focus on developing innovative and efficient AI-powered solutions. The developer will use Python and relevant deep learning frameworks to build and integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems and new applications. The role also requires strong React development skills to create dynamic, responsive chat experiences with real-time HTTP streaming, asynchronous processing, secure file uploads, and advanced formatting. The successful candidate will optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and efficiency; develop robust data pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment; and collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver solutions. The position also emphasizes responsible and ethical AI deployment, clean and maintainable code, software development best practices, technical collaboration, and effective troubleshooting of AI models and applications.



Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models, including LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and Diffusion Models, using Python and relevant deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems and develop new AI-powered applications.

• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive chat interfaces using React, including HTTP streaming for real-time updates, asynchronous processing, secure file uploads, and advanced chat formatting.

• Conduct research and stay current with advancements in Generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning.

• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Develop robust data pipelines for AI model training, evaluation, and deployment.

• Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver solutions.

• Ensure responsible and ethical deployment of AI models in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software development best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and provide technical guidance.

• Troubleshoot and debug AI models and applications, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and other issues.
