Required skills:

• 5+ years software engineering, strong Python

• Hands-on experience operating AI-backed systems in production (data trust, validation, reliability, auditability) — prompt-only or demo/experimentation backgrounds will be de-prioritized

Data pipeline development at scale

• Ability to ramp quickly on internal tooling and APIs

• Proven self-directed execution — able to own delivery from high-level direction with minimal steering

• Comfortable working on an operations team of non-engineers and "code-switching" to non-technical audiences

Nice to have:

• Content moderation / Trust & Safety background

Job Description:

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale AI-powered learning and quality-measurement systems for Global Operations Learning. You'll own delivery end-to-end — turning automation concepts into dependable production systems with minimal management overhead.

Key Day to Day Duties: Build and own SRT workstreams; turn automations into production systems; develop infrastructure/tooling for the automated remediation learning pipeline; ensure AI-backed systems are dependable

What you'll do:

• Build and own new SRT (Single Review Tool) workstreams, including event-driven systems and scheduling

• Build automated pipelines that turn reviewer quality data into personalized, AI-driven coaching

• Engineer AI-backed coaching systems for production — focusing on trusted source data, validation, reliability, and auditability (making AI behavior dependable, not writing prompts)

• Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) feeding learning-effectiveness metrics

• Integrate with internal review and quality systems and APIs

• Ship independently on a 2-week sprint cadence with regular demos

Prior Client experience

• Evaluation-framework familiarity (precision/recall, labeling quality)

Logistics:

• Fully remote anywhere in US. Occasional on-site visits possible

• 5+ years of experience- prioritizing autonomy

• Self-directed role — you'll own delivery with minimal management overhead
