Job Description
Required Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent



Preferred Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI and software engineering



Required Experience:

- Agentic AI development, including building agents and underlying components such as MCP

- Traditional AI development, including building models from provided data sets and integrating models into existing applications

- Enterprise orchestration tools (example: n8n)

- Strong programming skills and AI solution design

- AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Agent Core

- ML lifecycle and data engineering

- API and system integration

- Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure AI stack



Preferred Experience:

- Experience in Agile delivery roles such as Business Analyst or Scrum Master

- Ability to manage tasks and projects with minimal support

- Familiarity with DevOps operations topics within an agile delivery model



Job Summary:

The Sr. Software Engineer (AI Engineer) is responsible for system analysis, design, development, and testing for assigned technical products and applications within an agile/DevOps delivery model. This role requires deep expertise in both Agentic AI and traditional AI development, and the candidate will be expected to manage project tasks independently and may also fill additional agile roles as needed.



Job Duties:

- Perform system analysis, design, development, and testing for assigned products and applications

- Build and maintain Agentic AI solutions, including agents and underlying MCP components

- Develop traditional AI models from provided data sets and integrate them into existing applications

- Utilize enterprise orchestration tools such as n8n to support AI workflow automation

- Design and implement AI solutions using frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, and Agent Core

- Manage the ML lifecycle and support data engineering functions

- Develop and maintain API and system integrations

- Deploy and manage solutions within AWS and/or Azure AI cloud environments

- Manage assigned tasks and mini projects with minimal supervision

- Extend DevOps responsibilities to include operations topics as needed

- Fill Agile delivery roles such as Business Analyst or Scrum Master when required
