Job Description
***Only qualified Full Stack Software Engineer candidates located near Mountain View, CA will be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence***



Required Education:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience



Required Skills:

• Strong back-end expertise in Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot (or comparable modern frameworks)

• Strong front-end expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or a comparable modern framework)

• 5+ years building and consuming web APIs (REST, and ideally gRPC and/or GraphQL) and designing service interfaces

• Deep command of the full software development lifecycle and the software design and architecture process

• Experience with automated testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD), and with CI/CD pipelines



Duties:

• Proactive engineer who is a self-starter- able to quickly read/digest documentation and design; leverage resources to find answers/solutions; proactively and clearly communicate status/blockers

• Participate in the design, development, test automation, documentation and integration of the next-generation Enterprise Identity Provisioning system in the cloud

• Contribute to changes to existing Identity Management components as needed to enable migration from current on-prem solution to next-gen in the cloud

• Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, and perform project and test planning

• Roughly 80% hands-on coding (new code, modifying existing code, testing automation)

• Design / develop/maintain backend software - includes enhancements, bug fixes and PoCs

• Implement a full SDLC lifecycle including CI/CD in the cloud

• Participate as part of an agile development team

• Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, various product lines, and business units

• Communicate, document, and distil technical information to team members and partner organizations
