Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• 5+ years of experience with ACI MTS and AIX/UNIX.
• Five (5) years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, modification, and maintenance.
• Ability to collaborate with programmers, developers, and other technology professionals to achieve common objectives.
• Ability to conduct system analysis and identify performance issues.
• Ability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization, and software debugging.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong executional capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware, computing systems, and system integration.
• Experience monitoring system applications and system performance.
• Experience identifying and resolving business systems issues.
• Ability to design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.

Software Engineer Overview:
• The Software Engineer oversees application development, modification, and maintenance of applications within the Client's Technology department.
• This position monitors system applications and performance, ensures systems operate effectively, identifies and resolves technical and business systems issues, and develops solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• The Software Engineer may also oversee software and hardware installations, testing, configuration, application enhancements, and technical documentation.
Job Duties:
• Oversee the development, installation, modification, and maintenance of applications, hardware, and software.
• Install and configure systems and software.
• Test installed software to identify malfunctions and performance issues.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve business systems and technical issues.
• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
• Monitor and test system performance to ensure applications and systems operate smoothly.
• Conduct system analysis to identify performance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement technology solutions to address technical challenges.
• Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and functionality.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation outlining findings, solutions, and recommendations.
• Maintain full ownership of assigned processes and serve as a procedural expert when required.
• Manage multiple projects and technical initiatives simultaneously.

• May lead or provide guidance to junior-level associates.
