Job Description

Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline

Required Experience & Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing, including senior-level Quality Engineering responsibilities
• Strong experience testing applications developed in Microsoft .NET environments
• Hands-on experience with C# for test automation and quality engineering initiatives
• Extensive experience with UI testing for web-based and enterprise applications
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, automation strategy development, and implementation of automated testing solutions
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver for automated functional and regression testing
• Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automated test suites
• Strong SQL testing experience, including database validation, data integrity testing, and query analysis
• Experience working through all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, test case development, execution, defect management, and validation
• Experience performing functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing support
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project stakeholders in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:
• Experience with performance and load testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration practices

Job Duties:
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for enterprise applications
• Build, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks and reusable test automation solutions
• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium and C# to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Perform UI, functional, integration, regression, and system testing activities
• Validate application functionality, business requirements, and system integrations
• Execute SQL and database testing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze root causes and support defect remediation efforts
• Participate in requirements reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning activities to ensure quality is incorporated throughout the development lifecycle
• Ensure all testing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within project timelines
• Provide testing status updates, quality metrics, and risk assessments to project stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes, automation, and quality engineering best practices
