Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field



Required Experience / Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required

• Strong experience as a Software Engineer Team Lead or Technical Lead within enterprise application environments

• Hands-on full-stack development experience with .NET technologies

• Strong experience developing and maintaining backend services and APIs

• Experience with React frontend development

• Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes container platforms

• AWS cloud experience, including AWS Lambda

• Experience supporting application modernization and enhancement initiatives

• Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams

• Experience with project coordination, task management, and stakeholder communication

• Ability to balance technical leadership responsibilities with hands-on development work

• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams



Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working within Consumer Banking environments, including applications supporting checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, and debit card services preferred



Job Duties:

• Lead or supervise a team of developers while actively contributing to application design, development, modernization, and enhancement initiatives

• Develop and enhance Consumer Banking applications and services

• Build, maintain, and support .NET backend services and APIs

• Develop and support React-based frontend applications

• Support cloud-based and containerized application deployments using OpenShift and Kubernetes

• Utilize AWS technologies, including Lambda, to support enterprise applications

• Collaborate with development teams, technical stakeholders, and business partners to deliver enterprise banking solutions

• Participate in application modernization, system enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Oversee project activities, task assignments, and delivery timelines

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development team members

• Ensure high-quality software development standards, performance, and scalability across application
