**Candidates must be local to the Austin, TX area**
Minimum Requirements:
• 7 years – Experience as a Facilities Manager
• 5 years – Experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products for at least one contract
• 4 years – Experience with Tririga Projects Version 10
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 years – Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
• 3 years – Experience as a Real Estate Manager
Summary:
• Responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs that support facilities management operations.
• Provides development, optimization, and upgrade support for the IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application.
• Works closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts to ensure solutions align with evolving agency requirements.
• Enhances system efficiency through optimized processes, improved components, and well-structured data models.
• Supports testing, evaluation, and migration efforts to ensure seamless system upgrades with minimal business disruption.
• Develops and modifies reports using BIRT to improve insights and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs within the CAFM environment.
• Analyze and optimize existing IBM Tririga/Maximo system processes.
• Create, define, or refine system dimensions, rules, and configurations to meet changing business needs.
• Develop streamlined processes aligned with the data model to improve performance and scalability.
• Support application upgrades, including:
o Environment upgrades
o Content planning and execution
o Migration with minimal business disruption
o Managing transition activities
• Modify existing Tririga components to improve agency operations and system efficiency.
• Develop, modify, and support report writing using BIRT.
• Conduct testing and evaluations of new programs and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, UX designers, business analysts).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
