Full Stack Developer Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and support modern, scalable applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. This role will work closely with product owners, architects, DevOps engineers, UX designers, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, resilient, cloud-native solutions that enhance business capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals, experience building enterprise-grade applications, and a passion for automation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications

- Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks

- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices

- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases

- Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs

- Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions

- Integrate applications with internal and third-party services

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and availability

- Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

- Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews

- Maintain technical documentation and coding standards
