Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Personal transportation for travel to and from work and during work hours

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Basic written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, climb, push, and pull frequently

• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse environments and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Previous warehouse, distribution, inventory, or logistics experience

• Experience with inventory replenishment programs

• Experience using barcode scanning equipment

• Experience operating pallet jacks, lift gates, and material handling equipment

Job Description

The Point of Use (POU) Replenishment Technician is responsible for managing inventory replenishment, material distribution, and customer support activities across multiple customer locations. This position ensures inventory is accurately stocked, replenished, audited, and delivered to approximately 100 Point of Use (POU) supply cabinets while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

This role combines inventory management, warehouse operations, delivery support, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service while working in both warehouse and customer environments.



Job Duties

Inventory Replenishment & POU Management

• Monitor, scan, replenish, and audit inventory levels in Point of Use supply locations

• Maintain inventory accuracy across approximately 100 supply cabinets

• Track inventory consumption and replenishment needs

• Support quarterly cycle counts and annual physical inventories

• Ensure products are stocked correctly and available to customers



Warehouse Operations

• Pull inventory according to daily replenishment schedules

• Package and organize materials by POU number

• Palletize shipments in delivery sequence order

• Receive, verify, unpack, and distribute incoming inventory

• Verify quantities, product information, and shipment accuracy

• Process and route required documentation accurately and timely



Shipping & Receiving

• Prepare orders for shipment and delivery

• Track incoming and outgoing inventory

• Verify receiving documentation and counts

• Load, unload, and move products safely throughout warehouse operations

• Support shipment correction and inventory discrepancy resolution



Equipment Operation

• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, lift gates, scanners, and related equipment

• Conduct daily inspections of warehouse equipment

• Utilize RF scanning equipment and printers

• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment



Customer Service & Sales Support

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

• Support customer inventory requirements and replenishment needs

• Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests

• Promote company products, services, and programs

• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions

• Participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed



Safety & Compliance

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Adhere to company policies and safety standards

• Follow hazardous materials procedures and regulations

• Complete all required documentation and reports

• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
