• Experience using an ERP, WMS, or inventory-management system.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.

• Ability to follow established procedures and meet shipping deadlines.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment.



We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations in Roseville. This role is responsible for accurately storing inventory, preparing customer orders for shipment, processing orders through an ERP system, and ensuring packages are correctly labeled and shipped.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse or shipping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while following established procedures and quality requirements.



Key Responsibilities

• Accurately store and organize products in designated warehouse locations.

• Pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.

• Label and meter packages using various freight and carrier systems.

• Process and verify orders using the company's ERP system.

• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory information.

• Prepare shipping and staging areas for the following day's activities.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow company procedures related to safety, quality, environmental requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Support divisional initiatives and Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.



Workplace Requirements

For safety and facility compliance:

• Closed-toe shoes are required on the warehouse floor.

• Long pants are required; shorts are not permitted.

• Pants must be worn at waist level.

• Hats are not permitted.

• Hooded sweatshirts are permitted, but hoods must remain down.

• Tank tops and cutoff shirts are not permitted.

• Clothing containing potentially offensive slogans, images, or language is not permitted.

• Sunglasses may not be worn on the distribution-center floor.
