Overview (Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Distribution)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our shipping and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, labeling, and processing customer orders using ERP and freight systems. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean work environment, support daily shipping operations, and comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
• Accurately prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with defined processes and procedures.
• Label and meter packages using various freight systems.
• Process orders using the Client’s ERP system.
• Perform daily preparations to support the next day''s shipping activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment within the warehouse.
• Support all divisional initiatives, including:
a) Quality Management Systems (QMS)
b) Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
c) Other regulatory and compliance-related activities as directed by divisional management. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
