•One to three years Warehouse/Production experience
• Candidate must be able to lift to twenty pounds unaided and be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, crouch, and lift items throughout their shift.
• The shipping and receiving clerk will also assist with other duties as assigned by the department supervisor and or department lead.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. As part of our team, you will oversee and document the receiving of packages, parcels, and supplies, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare items for shipping. This position requires a highly organized individual. Must pay close attention to small details while managing the logistics of a high volume of items entering and leaving the facility. In this position, you must be able to determine the medication storage type to ensure the appropriate packing materials are being used.

Job Responsibilities:
• Packing and unpacking of shipment deliveries
• Packing room temp and refrigerated medications in appropriate temperature-controlled storage containers
• Organization and maintenance of the warehouse and shipping stations
• Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Arrange package transportation via UPS/FedEx software
• Creating Medical Supply Kits
• Assist with weekly cycle counts and monthly inventory
• Maintain accurate reports as assigned by supervisor
• Identify and resolve shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise
• Maintain a clearly organized workspace/warehouse
• Track and report all damages
• Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of shipping supplies and initiate ordering as needed
