Job Description
Interviews will happen on the 9th and 10th of September make sure this works for your candidate’s timelines. Candidate must be a current Wisconsin resident. No relocation allowed. This is 100% remote within the State of Wisconsin, and consultant may have to travel to the office occasionally (1 – 2 times per quarter).

Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, math, engineering, information systems, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Required Skills and Experience:
• Fluency in various programming languages, such as JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, and Glide scripting and SQL (6-9 Years)
• ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations (6-9 Years)
• Creating ServiceNow Business Rules, and UI Policies (6-9 Years)
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.) (6-9 Years)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Understanding of development operations (DevOps)
• Understanding of software security
• Fluency in various programming languages, such as JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, and Glide scripting and SQL
• Training in software engineering
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Proven ability to create ServiceNow Business Rules, and UI Policies
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Portal
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, ITAM, CSM, etc.)
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of desire to deliver high-quality work products
• Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and others based on business needs
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies
• Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience
• Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions
• Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed
• Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality
• Provide training and support to end users
