Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience:
• 4-6 years of experience in supplier management, IT operations (such as service integration and management, ITIL, and IT Service Management platforms) or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Service Integration and Management Techniques, ITIL, and IT Service Management platforms.
• Extensive experience in the implementation and planning of process reengineering and organizational change management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret contract documents (MSAs, SOWs, etc.)
• Familiarity with contract redlining
• Strong knowledge of monitoring deliverables against and SOW/Order Form/Work Order Competencies:
• Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Technical expertise and analytical thinking skills.
• Customer/client orientation. Problem solving
The Service Integration Analyst is responsible for driving the service and delivery of critical sourcing partners from signature through completion. This role ensures successful engagement in onboarding, expansion, and delivery. The analyst works closely with IT platform leadership to drive successful technology delivery by matching the best engagement model to the business needs. The role involves day-to-day communications and relationship management to ensure the quantifiable delivery of business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
• Engagement Management: Drive service and delivery of critical sourcing partners from engagement onboarding, expansion, and delivery through day-to-day communications and relationships.
• Service Delivery: Understand, translate, and manage contracted engagements/services into real, quantifiable delivery of business requirements. Ability to document and interpret business requirements for a statement of work (SOW).
• Collaboration: Collaborate and facilitate alignment with multiple vendors, IT leadership, Product Management, Engineering, etc., to clarify direction and priority, remove impediments, and enable supplier success.
• Documentation: Plan and implement the Service Management Manual (SMM) to serve as the overarching operating procedures for the EITS Environment. The SMM includes process descriptions, roles and responsibilities, policies, processes, and procedures to enable end-to-end IT service delivery.
• Development and monitoring of KPI’s relevant to deliverables
