Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience

Preferred Education:
• Advanced or specialized training in enterprise asset management systems (specifically IBM Maximo) or certifications related to enterprise integrations, system architecture, or middleware technologies

Required and Preferred Skills:
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, particularly across enterprise work management, asset lifecycle management, and system configuration in complex, multi-environment landscapes
• Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex functional and technical issues, including GL account validation errors, workflow defects, data integrity issues, and integration failures
• Deep knowledge of Maximo architecture, including MBO structures, data relationships, interface tables, and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Maximo integrations such as Enterprise Services, Publish Channels, and middleware technologies like ActiveMQ and MuleSoft
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integrations between Maximo and SAP S/4 (IDOCs and APIs)
• Experience supporting Maximo mobile solutions, including Work Order, Work Approvals, Condition Reporting, and Asset Manager
• Strong understanding of change management, incident management, and release processes across DEV, ACCP, and PROD environments
• Experience coordinating deployments, patching cycles, system outages, and release planning.
• Ability to validate system changes and ensure high-quality, controlled releases
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Experience mentoring team members and leading knowledge transfer efforts
• Proficiency in modern programming and development technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, Oracle, and related frameworks
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system design expertise

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Experience supporting industry-specific Maximo modules such as Nuclear and Supply Chain
• Hands-on experience with custom development using Java or automation scripting within Maximo
• Familiarity with mobile platform support and enterprise mobility solutions within Maximo ecosystems
• Experience with advanced system performance optimization and large-scale enterprise environments
• Exposure to DevOps practices, build and release management tools, and continuous integration pipeline.
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale system implementations or enterprise application support roles

Serves as a senior technical expert and Maximo specialist responsible for the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise asset management systems. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing complex Maximo environments, ensuring seamless integrations with external systems like SAP S/4, and maintaining high system reliability across multiple environments.
Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring operational readiness. Provides leadership in troubleshooting, system optimization, and release management, while also mentoring team members and driving best practices across the application lifecycle.

Job Duties:
• Leads the design, development, maintenance, and support of Maximo-based applications in alignment with business priorities
• Diagnoses and resolves complex system issues, including workflow logic defects, integration failures, and data inconsistencies
• Manages and supports integrations between Maximo and external systems using Enterprise Services, Publish Channels, APIs, and middleware tools such as ActiveMQ and MuleSoft
• Oversees system reliability across multiple environments, ensuring stability through structured change, incident, and release management processes
• Supports the full Maximo ecosystem, including Work Management, Nuclear, and Supply Chain modules, as well as mobile applications
• Collaborates with business partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and streamline operational processes
• Coordinates deployments, patching cycles, and release planning while validating changes across development, acceptance, and production environments
• Provides technical leadership to project teams, guiding development, testing, debugging, and deployment activities
• Conducts system performance analysis, algorithm optimization, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Leads troubleshooting efforts for integration flows between Maximo and SAP S/4, including IDOCs and APIs
• Mentors team members and facilitates knowledge transfer to ensure team capability and continuity.
• Participates in testing, certification, and validation processes to ensure system quality and compliance
