Job Description
Basic Qualifications
· 6+ years of experience as a UX Engineer, Creative Technologist, Prototyper, or Front-End Technologist in design-focused environments
· Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app prototypes, high-fidelity interactions, motion design, and conceptual explorations
· Coding samples illustrating the ability to build functional prototypes
· Proficiency with high-fidelity prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, Framer, ProtoPie, or similar
· Ability to build data-driven prototypes using JavaScript/TypeScript, React/React Native, and lightweight Node.js scripts
· Comfort using Git or other basic version control tools as needed for prototype workflow
· Experience working closely with UX, Product, and Engineering partners in fast-paced, iterative environments
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience building prototypes that advance early-stage design thinking, storytelling, and vision work
· Figma technical capabilities (Figma API, plugin development, MCP, or similar)
· Experience designing complex motion systems or micro-interaction patterns for mobile interfaces
Responsibilities
Prototyping & Experience Design
· Deliver end-to-end interactive prototypes for web and mobile (primarily iOS), including screens, flows, transitions, and high-fidelity micro-interactions
· Create prototypes that communicate strong visual polish, motion principles, and interaction depth for both future-vision storytelling and UX research sessions
· Contribute to the development of future-state journeys and conceptual interaction models through prototyping and visual storytelling
Collaboration & Delivery
· Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to test ideas, identify opportunities, and align on direction
· Participate in design sprints, critiques, and co-creation workshops
· Maintain quick, iterative turnaround cycles, frequently delivering updates for feedback and iterative refinement
· Actively join team rituals: daily stand-ups, syncs, design reviews and working sessions - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
