Job Description
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• 10+ years of experience in the software engineering industry, with a focus on AI/ML and GenAI solution development.
• Experience in building APIs using Fast framework and Open API Standards.
• Deep understanding of various AI/ML/GenAI techniques, including:
o Deep learning
o Natural language processing (NLP)
o Computer vision
o Reinforcement learning
• Hands-on experience in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Rich understanding of LLMs, vector stores, and search algorithms.
• Experience with AI/ML/GenAI frameworks and libraries including:
o TensorFlow
o PyTorch
o scikit-learn
o LangChain
o Hugging Face Transformers
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML/GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a strong drive for innovation and problem-solving using out-of-the-box tooling and automation suites.
• Extensive experience with data analysis and manipulation using SQL, Pandas, and similar tools.
• Extensive experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and vector databases.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Experience with MLOps principles and tools.
• Exposure to Agentic Framework and MCP protocol.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in solutioning (design/prototype) and implementing cutting-edge AI/ML and Generative AI solutions to address complex business challenges. This individual should possess deep expertise in AI/ML/GenAI technologies, demonstrate a strong hands-on approach, and have the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions while providing technical leadership and driving innovation.
Job Duties
• Drive the identification and evaluation of new AI/ML/GenAI technologies and tools to build innovative solutions and enhance existing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on AI/ML/GenAI development and deployment best practices.
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML/GenAI technologies and proactively identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.
• Lead the development of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of new AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
• Contribute to the development of internal AI/ML/GenAI platforms and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI/ML/GenAI solutions in production environments.
