• Own The Narrative: Craft the value proposition and positioning for Client live, shaping how we tell the story to buyers and sellers across all touchpoints.
• Lead Go-To-Market (GTM): Drive holistic GTM strategy—from in-product messaging to marketing, PR, customer service, community, and sales—ensuring consistent and compelling communication across the customer journey.
• Influence The Roadmap: Partner with product and research to integrate market, customer, and competitive insights into product development. Develop segmentation strategies and size market opportunities.
• Champion Customer Voice: Establish feedback loops to gather insights throughout the product lifecycle, shaping both product decisions and messaging frameworks.
• Drive Product Launch Excellence: Manage GTM planning and execution through collaboration with functional leads; track adoption, engagement, and impact across buyer and seller experiences.
• Measure What Matters: Define success metrics, track performance, and translate insights into action to continuously improve messaging, positioning, and market fit.
