Job Description

Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Required Experience / Skills
• 7+ years of experience in digital banking, digital product management, business case development, financial services, or business analysis
• Proven experience launching and enhancing digital products, initiatives, or capabilities
• Strong knowledge of product strategy, roadmap development, customer journeys, and performance analytics
• Experience with financial analysis, business case development, and investment/ROI evaluation
• Working knowledge of Agile/software delivery methodologies
• Strong strategic planning, project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and work effectively in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX, technology, business, marketing, and digital channels
• Basic understanding of how APIs work

Job Duties:
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and growth of assigned digital products and capabilities
• Lead discovery, development, launch, and ongoing product performance management
• Manage customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve the digital customer experience
• Analyze customer, usage, sales, fraud, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases, secure stakeholder buy-in, and evaluate post-release results
• Prepare and present recommendations to senior leadership
• Identify and manage product risks, compliance requirements, and regulatory impacts
• Collaborate with UX, technology, business, marketing, and other stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives
• Support frontline training, communications, and marketing activities for digital products
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure appropriate risk and compliance controls
• Lead and mentor team members and support skill and development planning
