Job Description


The Senior Communications Manager role is part of the Client Product and Launch comms team, which is responsible for overseeing the company’s product innovation story globally, as well as supporting its product launch cycles.



Your Expertise

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Established press relationships in general news, consumer, lifestyle, travel, and entertainment space

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Demonstrates outstanding proactive and multi-tasking abilities

• Willingness and ability to travel for launch events, press trips, and critical meetings

• Works cross-functionally to move projects from ideation to execution



Your Typical Day

• Supports execution of global press strategy around our product launch cycles and product news

• Forms part of core media relations team that is responsible for achieving and sustainable positive and impactful press results around our products and product drop cadence

• Owns key press relationships with reporters across general news, consumer, lifestyle, travel, entertainment beats, continously bringing key and actionable insights to team

• Develops and drives press strategies around specific products and product drop cycles

• Drafts press materials related to our product launches and product news, from newsroom posts and pitches to recap reports and messaging docs and FAQs

• Provides on-the-ground press support during launch events and product-focused press trips, as needed



The Community: The Communications team is responsible for telling the Client story around the world. Whether it's speaking to media and bloggers, hosts and guests, industry commentators, thought leaders or the wider community, the Communications team is the voice of Client.
