Network Security- Brinqa Integration
Location: Rosemead, CA M-F 8-5/ Hybrid, in office on Wednesday

Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity or other related discipline OR 6+ years of previous technical experience, specifically information security engineering experience.

Required Skills/Attributes:
* Proven and hands-on experience as a Brinqa Administrator.
* At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Brinqa platform features, capabilities, configurations.
* Hands-on experience in maintaining or creating new Cybersecurity data integrations in Brinqa.
* Set up Cybersecurity data sources, connectors, and integrations to ensure data flow into Brinqa for risk assessment and analysis.
* Experience with scripting languages such as Python and shell scripts.
* Experience in deploying and correlating threat intelligence and vulnerability management solutions.

Desired Skills/Attributes:
* Ability to communicate within the context of the intended audience, whether that be senior executives or highly technical engineering resources.
* Proven experience in configuring operating systems and the security concepts involved.
* Experience in IT systems, platform, or cloud engineering with a strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, and Unix).
* At least 3+ years of experience in IT systems, platform, or cloud engineering with a strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, and Unix) and network security architecture.
* Understanding of cybersecurity and risk management principles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
* Platform Configuration: Configure and customize the Brinqa platform to align with the organization's cybersecurity and risk management needs.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, errors, and discrepancies within the Brinqa platform.
* Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of the Brinqa platform by applying best practices, patches, and updates.
* User Management: Manage and audit user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the Brinqa platform.
* Improve efficiencies using automation and orchestration solutions to reduce manual work that can be done programmatically.
* Data Integration: Set up and maintain data sources, connectors, and integrations to ensure seamless data flow into Brinqa for risk assessment and analysis.
* Automation: Implement automation workflows and processes to streamline risk assessment and remediation tasks.
* Hands- on experience designing and recommending efficiencies using automation and
* Work closely with subject matter experts to identify endpoint coverage scope.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, IT, and risk management, to align Brinqa capabilities with organizational objectives.
* Data Modeling: Define and create data models, taxonomies, and classifications to facilitate effective risk analysis and reporting.
* Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Brinqa to provide insights into cybersecurity and risk-related metrics.
* Documentation: Provide maintain documentation on Brinqa platform configurations and procedures.
