Job Description:
The organization is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide daily Agile activities and facilitate Scrum processes within the team environment. The Scrum Master will coordinate Agile Scrum practices to ensure teams work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. This role is responsible for removing impediments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and supporting Agile best practices across the organization. Responsibilities include leading daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure work progresses on schedule, within budget, and at the desired level of quality. Additionally, this position serves as a coach and mentor to Agile teams by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and helping ensure project objectives are achieved consistently. Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Job Duties:
• Facilitate Scrum activities including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Ensure teams follow Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Remove impediments impacting team progress
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Track KPIs and assist teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions on time
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams
• Support Agile and hybrid project management processes
• Coach and mentor teams on Scrum and Agile best practices - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
