Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• 8+ years of experience supporting Agile delivery teams

• Extensive Scrum Master experience

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience

• Experience managing and supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously

• Expert-level Jira experience

• Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies

• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

• Experience identifying and removing delivery impediments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience coaching Agile teams and improving Agile maturity

• Experience managing cross-team dependencies

• Cybersecurity experience

• Experience within large enterprise Agile environments

• SAFe framework experience

• Experience supporting Agile transformations

• Experience coaching teams through organizational change



Senior Scrum Master – Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management (IAM) Overview

• Support a large cybersecurity modernization initiative focused on Identity & Access Management

• Enable effective Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices

• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies

• Identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks

• Utilize Jira and Agile metrics to improve delivery performance

• Foster team collaboration and Agile maturity

• Support organizational goals through effective Agile execution



Job Duties

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization

• Remove obstacles and delivery blockers impacting team performance

• Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams

• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban practices

• Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement

• Analyze team metrics and delivery performance

• Support Agile maturity initiatives and transformation efforts

• Partner with leadership, Product Owners, and stakeholders

• Utilize Jira to track delivery, reporting, and team performance

• Foster collaboration and communication across teams

• Provide guidance on Agile delivery best practices
