Job Description

Required Education/Experience:
• A bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable presenting succinct updates to large groups including engineering and business audiences
• Proven ability to track complex dependencies, escalate appropriately, and drive issues to resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
• It would be very helpful if they have experience in IT infrastructure
Required Technical Skills:
• Solid Jira and Power Point experience
• Strong program/scrum and stakeholder management skills, with hands on experience ensuring work alignment to JIRA standards
• Technical fluency around infrastructure and non-functional requirements, plus experience coordinating vendors and cross team remediation
Responsibilities:
• Standup facilitation: run the team standup, surface and triage impediments, assign immediate unblock owners, and record follow-ups
• Ticket and workflow hygiene: audit JIRA for new/blocked tickets, correct statuses/fields, and coach assignees on expected workflow
• Unblocking work: coordinate with engineers, infra, and vendors to remove blockers or gather information
• Status reporting: update JIRA dashboards and accomplishment trackers, prepare or refresh slides for upcoming program reviews or syncs
• NFR and environment management: update the NFR register, check environment readiness tasks, log deployment readiness issues, and coordinate fixes
• Meetings and syncs: attend program-level status meetings, architecture reviews, vendor calls, and ad hoc technical sessions—present concise progress and risks
Additional Details:
• Seeking a detail-oriented Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager to drive day-to-day execution for a single delivery team and ensure alignment with program-level timelines, quality, and non functional requirements. This hands-on role facilitates agile ceremonies, removes impediments across teams, owns the non-functional requirements (future functionality) register, enables environment readiness, enforces JIRA standards, and represents the team in large program syncs — producing clear, concise status artifacts and escalating risks that threaten delivery
