Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Serve as the central point of contact across business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and follow-through

- Coordinate vendor engagements, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and that agreed ways of working, deliverables, and timelines are upheld

- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, manage agendas, document decisions, and track actions and deliverables to maintain momentum and transparency

- Monitor vendor progress against milestones and service expectations, identify risks and issues early, develop action plans, and escalate when necessary in partnership with program leadership

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as applicable to keep teams focused, unblocked, and aligned to priorities

- Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide leadership with clear and concise status updates

- Support onboarding, resource coordination, and an effective operating model to sustain delivery across the full program lifecycle



Skills:

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with demonstrated experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives

- Proven ability to coordinate and manage third-party vendors, including status tracking, issue escalation, and delivery accountability

- Demonstrated ability to drive clarity, maintain momentum, and navigate complex or ambiguous situations

- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and program governance frameworks

- Proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms

- Ability to work on-site at New Jersey or Missouri offices a minimum of two days per week



Experience:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in project management, program management, or Scrum Master roles

- Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholder groups

- Prior experience managing or coordinating third-party delivery partners or vendors in a program context



Qualifications:



- Agile or Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
