Job Description
Required Certifications:
• Scrum Master Certification

Required Skills:
• Experience as a Scrum Master (5+ Years)
• Experience with Change Management (5+ Years)

Preferred Skills:
• Identifying and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program Performance (5+ Years)
• Experience with agile tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) (5+ Years)
• Creating and maintaining product timelines, status reports, communication plans, and other product management-related documentation (5+ Years)

Job Duties:
• Guide a team and organization using Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values.
• Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
• Remove impediments or guide a team to remove impediments
• Facilitate completion of work assignments, assigning, or dictating work assignments
• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, team building, and conflict resolution
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information: supporting product managers to maximize return on investment (ROI) and meet
• the organization’s objectives
• Support and educate the Product Owner, including, but not limited to, grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Engage in agile delivery utilizing best agile methodology (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc.)
• Provide support to a team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example
