Job Description
***Only qualified System Test Engineer candidates located near the Houston, TX area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or similar area of study or in lieu of degree.



Required Job Skills & Experience

• Over 5 years of project management experience (in addition to the education requirement).

• Expertise in the development of use case and test case documentation

• Must have Salesforce experience rolling out in large enterprise

• Looking for a resource who has great Project management skills

• Candidate should have 4-6+ years of exp

• Strong knowledge in any other industry standard CRM comparative to Salesforce is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills



Important Differentiators

• Possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities is up to date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends.

• Experience in developing functional and technical software requirements and use cases in complex software development and integration projects.

• Must have a driven, intellectual curiosity to understand and anticipate functional issues as systems are integrated.

• The selected hire will have exceptional verbal & written communication skills, be comfortable interacting with Sr. Leaders in Business and Technology, and be proactive in eliciting information, probing for details, and foreseeing technical / stakeholder challenges before they occur.

• Ability to interface with senior-level stakeholders in both Digital and the Business units to partner on project scope, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

• Agile Project Management methodologies.

• Understanding all aspects of the IT Governance and reporting.

• Knowledge of regulatory processes and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance.



General Responsibilities

• Coordinates with product owner and project team to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.

• Under minimal supervision, acts as a liaison between the technology and business groups in the development of the CRM and enhancement of existing systems.

• Communicates the business case to the project team to assist with decision-making and prioritization; keeps the business case at the forefront to drive decisions.

• Acts as liaison between technology/business stakeholders and Senior Leadership on project status, issues, and risks.

• Monitors processes and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, recommending improvements and strategies.

• Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements.

• Provide regular visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.).

• Utilize project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

• Manage project dependencies and ensure timely delivery.

• Work with Dev and testing teams to explain requirements, do sanity checks, and review test cases

• Provide acceptance criteria for stories and defects.

• Write acceptance criteria for stories and defects
