Required Education:

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration across multiple Salesforce products.



Preferred experience:

• Salesforce Security Center and Event Monitoring, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.



Beneficial Experience:

• Copado CI/CD for automated Salesforce deployments, Agentforce



Bonus Experience:

• Copado Robotic Testing, Mulesoft, Experience with integrating Salesforce with Okta for IAM

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.



We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator providing Salesforce administration across multiple business units and applications. Initially, this role will be focused on implementing and managing the Salesforce Security Center and Event Monitoring applications and improving our overall security posture via improved IAM configuration and policies, expanding to overall Salesforce Administration support for multiple organizations.



Job Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce instances, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

• Security & Compliance: Implement and manage Salesforce Security Center and Event Monitoring to monitor and enforce security policies, conduct regular security reviews, and maintain compliance with organizational standards.

• Identity & Access Management: Integrate Salesforce with Okta for Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity management; ensure secure authentication and user provisioning.

• Customization & Development: Build and customize objects, workflows, reports, dashboards; manage integrations with external platforms.

• Data Management: Ensure data quality through audits, deduplication, and security reviews; manage user profiles, licenses, and permissions.

• Change Management: Test and deploy system changes; maintain documentation and adhere to governance policies.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align solutions with business priorities.

• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide end-user support and resolve issues via Jira.
