Job Description:
• This is the Business Banking prospecting team who focus on business credit card programs.
• This role will be calling 50-100 prospects daily to set up appointments with the sales team.
• There is a script available but it is adaptable to allow for each personality.
• Every day they will be provided with business name, phone number, geography location.
• We also have D&B hoovers to provide background on the prospects prior to calling.
• This position is B2B sales; they are selling the appointment not the product.
• This team focuses on contacting companies who make 2.5M+ in revenue.
• A background in sales would be beneficial.
The metrics for this position is the amount of calls made and the amount of appointments set and held. ( 50 calls a day and 2+ appointments per day with a minimum of 50% appointment attendance)
The team lead will load the call list in Salesforce and the contractor is responsible for logging into salesforce, getting that list, and making call notes in Salesforce.
They will be utilizing Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, Teams, and other Microsoft suite products as needed.
