Job Description
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
• High school diploma or any college degree
Key Accountabilities
• Creates, executes, and manages internal purchase orders through the Ariba Portal.
• Coordinates proper management approval workflows in support of purchase orders, programs, and SGA items.
• Administers and manages purchasing card (CC P-Card), in support of various sales & business requests.
• Prepares and manages business unit budgets, reviews monthly GL account entries, and corrects any discrepancies.
• Administers support of sales program data, financial billings, cost tracking, and monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Coordinates PE Department meetings, internal/external, requests venue RFP, coordinates with p Services.
• Supports national industry tradeshows, coordination of hotels, show apparel, logistics, and team schedules.
• Processes internal department order requests (business cards, apparel, customer items, etc.), tracks, and executes.
• Manages internal web user access, administers access for training, etc.
• Completes and processes weekly/monthly inventory reports, manages submissions.
• Manages customer mailing lists and program records.
• Department lead for document/record retention, on-site/off-site.

Job overview:
The Sales Operations Coordinator supports all aspects of administrative workflow across three unique business units within the PE Sales Department. The role is responsible for completing budgetary, purchasing, meeting coordination, billing, and other administrative duties. Close coordination with business unit managers, and other functional staff thru effective verbal and written communication.
