Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to support customers in the Kitchen and Appliances area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending practical home furnishing and appliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying products and solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
Provide knowledgeable guidance across kitchen, appliance, and home-furnishing products and services.
Use a consultative approach to recommend appropriate products and encourage sales of priority and top-selling items.
Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and properly priced sales floor.
Help ensure products and displays are presented accurately and attractively.
Assemble display products and support new-product introductions.
Provide a positive customer experience throughout the shopping process.
Collaborate with team members to support department sales and overall store objectives.
Perform occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, sliding, or transferring of items weighing 1–50 lbs.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
Home furnishings, kitchen, appliance, or furniture sales experience is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
Ability to work the required 1 PM–9 PM schedule.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including handling items up to 50 lbs. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
