Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Security, SAP Governance, Risk, Compliance, or related technology security functions.
• Strong understanding of security and configuration within the SAP packaged platform, including knowledge of XSA.
• Intermediate knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including design and delivery of solutions for user, application, and device credentials.
• Strong understanding of Audit and Compliance requirements for technology systems, particularly SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Experience performing audit testing according to company policies and procedures.
• Experience submitting, mitigating, and addressing audit findings.
• Experience implementing and configuring SAP user access controls to mitigate security risks.
• Experience creating processes, templates, and documentation for SAP feature implementations and development.
• Ability to support alignment of development practices across SAP systems and application teams.
• Experience evaluating new SAP technologies and solutions to identify and mitigate risks.
• Experience coordinating system, platform, or network enhancements while adhering to corporate standards and user access policies.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working across multiple SAP systems and application environments.
• Strong documentation and process-development skills.
• Experience supporting SAP security, access controls, audit, and compliance initiatives in an enterprise environment.
Role Overview
The Senior SAP Security & GRC Analyst will support SAP security, access management, audit, compliance, and risk mitigation activities across the organization. The role will perform audit testing, address findings, and implement SAP user access controls to reduce security risks. This position will also develop processes, templates, and documentation to support consistent SAP development and security practices. The analyst will assist with evaluating new SAP technologies and coordinating system enhancements in accordance with corporate standards.
Duties
• Perform audit testing according to company policies and procedures and submit assigned audit findings.
• Mitigate and address audit, security, and compliance findings.
• Implement user access controls and configure SAP systems to mitigate organizational security risks.
• Create processes and templates for SAP feature implementations.
• Create documentation and templates for development within the assigned domain.
• Support alignment of development practices across SAP systems and application teams.
• Assist in evaluating new SAP technologies and solutions and analyze potential risks.
• Identify and implement measures to mitigate technology and security risks.
• Coordinate system, platform, or network enhancements while adhering to corporate standards and user access policies.
