Job Description
Key Required skills Experience:
OpenText xECM Expertise:
• Installation and Configuration: Strong understanding of installing, configuring, and administering OpenText xECM for SAP solutions, including Content Server, Archive Server, and OTDS.
• Administration: Experience with administering xECM solutions, such as configuring live reports, web reports, scheduling, and export functionalities.
• Metadata Management: Ability to develop categories and perform metadata extraction using tools like OCC/Enterprise Scan.
• Workflow Design & Development: Good knowledge of designing, developing, and modifying workflows within OpenText Content Server.
• Reporting & Development: Experience building and modifying reports (Live Reports, Web Reports) and custom taxonomy metadata.
• Smart UI Interfaces: Ability to build role-based Smart UI interfaces for business users.
• Responsible for new environment setup/upgrades/OSS Note Analysis and health checks of S4 xECM environments.
SAP Integration Skills:
• Integration with SAP Modules: Hands-on experience integrating xECM with S4 HANA, Ariba, 3rd party environments
• SAP Authorization Management: Ability to implement Single Sign-On (SSO) using OTDS and manage SAP authorizations for OpenText access.
• Deep Integration Understanding: Knowledge of how OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions integrates with SAP applications beyond simple attachment functionalities.
• ABAP Skills: For those involved in custom development, a strong background in ABAP is beneficial, especially for integrating OpenText solutions with SAP using OpenText APIs or framework customization.
Technical & General Skills:
• OpenText Content Server & Archive Server: Strong understanding of OpenText Content Server and Archive Server administration and Open Text Security roles.
• Programming Languages: Demonstrated experience in programming languages like Resful ABAP, OT Scripting, JavaScript, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Web Services Technologies: Experience with Web Services technologies like SOAP, REST, WSDL, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Full Stack Development: Demonstrated experience with Full Stack development.
• Documentation : Needs to document configurations & customizations.
• Continuous Integration: Experience developing software in a continuous integration process.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, understand requirements, and support change and release management.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to xECM configuration and integration
Job Summary
The services You will provide the Client project team: As an SAP Developer Contractor, you will be responsible for developing and customizing SAP applications to meet business requirements and enhance system performance. Developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP and other SAP development tools. Integrating SAP with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for SAP solutions, including code comments and design documents. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP applications and integrations. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
