• At least 5+ years of recruiting experience for non-technical/technical roles in a fast-paced environment

Summary:
Rose International is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Associate (CEA). The CEA’s responsibilities are to expand and grow our relationship with a portfolio of current clients as well as develop new relationships with prospective clients. An ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced, high volume, customer service driven environment. Prior experience in managing relationship-driven engagements with multiple enterprise clients would be ideal.

This is a remote role; however, applicants are required to live within the Pacific Standard Time Zone.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry the Rose brand in Staffing and Total Talent Solution services forward in the assigned and surrounding regions.
• Bring and grow a network of business leaders in government and commercial businesses that utilize contingent labor.
• Work with Rose delivery team to ensure they know the client culture and talent needs in order to fill client requisitions.
• Grow existing accounts and open new accounts while establishing Rose as the leader in Staffing and Talent solutions in the market.
• Participate in networking / supplier diversity events in assigned area in order to grow business.

Compensation and Benefits:
• $55,000 - $70,000 annual + commission, dependent on experience.
• Rose offers benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision; Short Term Disability, 401K; Life Insurance/AD&D, Accidental Coverage, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Plan.
