EDUCATION:
• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Proficient, hands-on experience with the target software (see list further below) — you use it (or have used it professionally) and know its features, workflows, and quirks in depth.
• Professional or academic background in the software's domain (e.g., finance, engineering, science, analytics, operations).
• Ability to complete non-trivial, realistic tasks in the application without external help.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to document steps clearly and reproducibly.
• Clear written communication in English.
• Reliability in following task instructions and quality standards.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with data annotation, QA, or task-based evaluation work.
• Familiarity with multiple tools within the same domain.

We are building an AI system that learns to operate real-world software the way a skilled human does. To do this well, we need experts who use specific software applications day-to-day and can demonstrate, document, and evaluate realistic workflows within them.
We are hiring Software Application Experts across a wide range of domains and applications (office & communication, BI/analytics, finance & accounting, financial analysis, statistics, CRM/operations, architecture & engineering, and scientific software). This is a general role description that applies across all domains and software in the area of:
• Protective Services and Military-Specific Software
We are seeking power users and experts in the following Tools/Software Applications:
Law Enforcement, Digital Forensics, Fire/Emergency, GIS/Mapping and Command/Mission software, such as:
• Motorola Premier One
• Motorola CommandCentral
• COPLINK
• FlockSafety
• Autopsy
• EnCase
• FTK
• Magnet AXIOM
• ESO
• Image Trend
• FirstDue
• FalconView
• TAK Server
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Perform, record, and clearly document real, end-to-end tasks in your area of software expertise.
• Break complex workflows into precise, step-by-step actions (menus, clicks, inputs, outputs).
• Create representative task scenarios that reflect how professionals actually use the software.
• Review and evaluate agent-generated actions and outputs for correctness, efficiency, and realism.
• Provide structured feedback and quality annotations to improve model performance.
• Flag edge cases, ambiguities, and failure modes in software workflows. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
