Job Description
Required Education:

· PHD degree in Finance or Economics



Certifications:

· N/A



Must Have Hard Skills:

· Deep Knowledge: Demonstrated deep understanding and expertise in Finance.

· Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to identify trends, evaluate annotation quality, and provide actionable feedback.



Soft Skills:

· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and guidance to internal teams and external vendors.

· Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.

· Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a rapidly evolving environment.



Experience:

· A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Finance.



Responsibilities:

· Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in your domain.

· Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to your finance specialty. As a domain SME, you’ll set the gold standard for quality and rigor.

· Design challenging, domain-relevant finance tasks across multiple specializations, and write accurate and well-structured solutions to finance tasks.

· Evaluate finance tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback



Required Availability:

· Minimum availability of ~20 hours/week, preferred 40 hours/week. You'll join calibration calls with the team 2-5x per week.



Overview:

· Join Client’s cutting-edge GenAI team and help build foundational AI models from the ground up. We’re looking for talented Finance subject-matter experts (SMEs) to bring deep domain expertise and elevate the quality of our AI training data. This is a remote, flexible opportunity to collaborate directly with Client’s AI research teams.
