Job Description
Required Availability:
• Minimum availability of ~20 hours/week, preferred 40 hours. You'll join calibration calls with the team 2-5x per week.
Required Education:
• A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field related to the domain of expertise
Required Qualifications:
• Deep Knowledge: Demonstrated deep understanding and expertise in Finance.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and guidance to internal teams and external vendors.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to identify trends, evaluate annotation quality, and provide actionable feedback.

About the role:
We’re seeking skilled Finance subject matter experts (SMEs) to contribute their specialized knowledge and enhance the quality of our AI training datasets. This role offers the chance to work remotely, partnering closely with AI research teams to advance cutting-edge projects.
What You’ll Do:
• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in your domain.
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to your finance specialty. As a domain SME, you’ll set the gold standard for quality and rigor.
• Design challenging, domain-relevant finance tasks across multiple specializations, and write accurate and well-structured solutions to finance tasks.
• Evaluate finance tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback
