• 3+ years of proven experience as a Customer Insights Analyst or in a similar role
• Ability to transform Voice of Customer data into actionable insights
• A bachelor's degree in marketing or market research
• Experience with data analysis tools (i.e. Qualtrics)

At Client our mission is to deliver outstanding customer experiences. We are looking for a Voice of the Customer Insights Analyst in our quest to uncover insights.
Working within the Customer Insights and Success Experience Team, reporting to the Manager of Customer Insights, you will analyze multiple sources of customer feedback and extract relevant insights to help guide operational improvements and inform strategic decisions. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities
• Analyze customer feedback, quantitative and qualitative, to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Create actionable, data-driven reports that inform customer experience improvements and strategic decisions
• Organize insights in a compelling manner through reports, written summaries, and data visualizations
• Leverage text analytics and regression analysis when applicable to provide more comprehensive insights
• Deliver compelling presentations to colleagues at all levels including senior leadership
• Collaborate with other teams to identify strategies and programs based on customer feedback
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management and mentor colleagues on best practices
