Job Description
Required Qualifications
• BS or MS in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field with 1+ years of small animal in vivo experience or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with small animal handling, dosing, sampling, necropsy, organ collection, and dissection.
• Excellent communication, organization, flexibility, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to design and conduct in vivo studies independently.
• Experience with ELISA, flow cytometry, or molecular biology techniques.

o Hands-on experience with common animal administration routes such as i.p., s.c., and p.o. dosing.
o Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret experimental data.

Nice to have
• Experience with ELISA, flow cytometry, or molecular biology techniques.
• Familiarity with computational data analysis with bulk RNAseq or ScRNAseq data.
• Experience working in a regulated or pharmaceutical/biotech research environment.

Description:

Working Model: Fully Onsite
Working Days: Monday through Friday
Working Hours: Standard 8-hour shift
Interview Format: Two Rounds (1. Hiring Manager [30 minutes], 2. Panel - on-site [60 minutes])

Job Summary
We are seeking a Research Associate with hands-on experience in small laboratory animal in vivo studies. This role will support animal monitoring, dosing, necropsy, organ collection, sample processing and related study activities, including work with infectious and/or biohazardous materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, flexible, and committed to safe and ethical laboratory practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform small animal in vivo procedures, including monitoring, dosing, sampling, necropsy, organ collection, and dissection.
• Conduct dosing via routes such as i.p., s.c and p.o.
• Maintain accurate study records and communicate progress clearly with team members.
• Assist with lab operations, including ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, autoclaving materials, inventory tracking, and proper biohazardous/chemical waste disposal.
• Provide weekend and off-hours weekday coverage as required.
