Job Description

Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Python
• Basic understanding of SQL and data integration processes
• Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Experience with data warehouse tools and analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, AWS, Azure, Athena
• Expert in programming languages such as SQL, and Python

The Performance Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Client’s Fare Revenue Department with cleaning data, integrating reporting into analytical tools, and assist in improving analytical frameworks. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation, and team collaboration ability. The Performance Reporting Analyst will support efforts in monitoring, measuring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the development and optimization of our KPI data systems and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean, transform and organize raw data into usable format
• Identify and rectify data quality issues
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across various sources
• Integrate and visualize data and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, refine KPI processes, and address data-related issues
• Develop, test, and deploy algorithms and scripts to validate and verify reporting data
• Automate data validation process to ensure ongoing data quality
• Use programming languages such as Python, and SQL for data manipulation and automation processes
• Implement automated reported solutions using data lake tools
• Streamline data extraction, transformation, mapping and loading processes
• Maintain and advance automated reporting systems for performance and reliability. Respond to each inquiry, whether from a customer, vendor, or coworker in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform related duties and projects as assigned
