Job Description
Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent



Required Qualifications:

• One or more years of HEDIS experience or participation with similar regulatory reporting.

• Two or more years of Business or Clinical Analytics experience.

• Two or more years of process improvement experience.

• Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.

• Intermediate experience using Microsoft office applications, including databases, word-processing.

• Intermediate experience using Excel

• Background in Healthcare analytics, regulatory reporting environments (such as HEDIS or similar programs), clinical operations analytics, business intelligence and operational reporting



Preferred Qualifications:

• Alteryx experience for ETL, automation, workflow development, and reporting.

• Experience supporting HEDIS, Stars, quality improvement, or other healthcare regulatory reporting initiatives.

• Advanced data transformation and reporting capabilities.

• Experience developing automated reporting solutions.



Job Responsibilities:

• Experience supporting healthcare operations, quality programs, clinical analytics, or regulatory reporting environments.

• Possess strong analytical and documentation capabilities, with demonstrated success supporting operational teams through reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

• Create and manage weekly clinician outreach and data mining assignments based on available work inventory and business priorities.

• Develop recurring operational reports and dashboards tracking outreach volumes, productivity, quality performance, data mining progress, gap closure activity, and other key operational metrics.

• Perform data analysis and quality assurance reviews to identify discrepancies, data integrity issues, process defects, and reporting anomalies.

• Utilize Alteryx and Excel to prepare, transform, validate, automate, and report on operational datasets.

• Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs, workflow diagrams, reporting requirements, business rules, and process maps.

• Identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement through analytical review of performance and quality metrics.

• Partner with frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and leadership to implement reporting enhancements and process optimization initiatives.

• Prepare leadership-ready reporting packages that provide actionable insights and support operational decision making.
