Job Description
Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business (preferred): 1 year experience.

• Associate's Degree: 2–4 years experience.

• HS Diploma: 4 years experience.

• Master's Degree: Open to 0 experience.

• Internships will be considered.

• 2–4 years of recruitment/human resources job-related experience.

• Volume hiring experience (definite advantage).



Required Communication Skills

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.

Technical Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office).

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work with recruitment-related applications such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, etc.

Job Description

• Provide administrative/operational support throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.

• Follow recruiting guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements for the applicable region and business.

• Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team.

• Generate required letters and documentation for prospective candidates.

• Schedule interviews.

• Assist and coordinate recruiting activities among assigned Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters.

• Assist in interview scheduling with hiring managers or administrative assistants.

• Schedule interviews with prospective candidates.

• Send interview information to candidates and hiring managers.

• Oversee/coordinate offer letters and contracts roll-out process.

• Oversee/coordinate background/reference check process.

• Oversee/coordinate security clearances and other pre-hire/transfer activities.

• Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities, including collection of documents.

• Support gathering data required to create new hire records.

• Update recruitment applications (Taleo/PeopleSoft) as required.

• Prepare records for submission to HR Shared Services.

• Ensure day-one paperwork and documentation for personnel files is collected.

• Forward documentation to the group responsible for document management.

• Assist in benchmarking with industry competitors.

• Assist in development of hiring policy documentation.

• Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions at the direction of recruiters.

• Book travel for candidates for onsite interviews.

• Onboarding preparation.

• Prepare, track, and report on metrics and measurements to help recruitment leadership.

• Onboarding.

• Talent sourcing and recruiting using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Beamery.

• Communication with Recruiters on interview scheduling.

• Communication with Recruiters on status updates on pre-employment.

• Communication with Hiring Managers for panel availability for interviews and consensus meetings.

• Communication with Candidates for availability for interviews.

• Communication with Candidates for post-offer pre-employment screens.

• Communication with Candidates for check-in for first-day readiness.
