Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the staffing processes for assigned scope (business unit/country/location and/or function)
Work with hiring manager(s) to understand staffing needs, review/create requisitions, and discuss potential sourcing strategy
Primary recruiting contact for hiring manager and BU/location leadership to understand recruiting business needs and required skills
Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies
Effectively program-manage recruitment campaigns as required
Responsible for quality of prospective candidates presented to hiring managers for open requisitions
Develop and maintain effective relations with the centralized Shared Service Team and recruitment channel partners (agencies)
Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies & processes
Track candidate process and minimize time to hire (Resume/CV to offer) through driving the candidate pipeline
Understand and use Workday (candidate database); ensure up-to-date data management of recruitment applications
Ensure client satisfaction for recruitment efforts within span of support
Ensure positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity
Provide recruiting status updates to Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership (performance vs targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues, etc.)
Collaborate with other regions to share knowledge and lessons learned
Provide back-up recruiting services for other regions as needed
Position's Contributions to Work Group:
Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making
Recruiting, candidate phone screens, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees
Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and sourcing technologies to deliver qualified candidates for current roles and strong candidate pipelines for future roles
Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire
Facilitate intake calls with leaders to set recruiting strategy, post reqs, source candidates, screen candidates, make offers, provide progress updates to business
Weekly staff meetings
Meetings with hiring managers as new jobs need to be posted
As-needed communication with peers/manager to solve challenges/brainstorm
This is an individual contributor role, not a manager role
Must be willing to perform full cycle recruiting; may not always have coordinator support
A recruiter that has only hired for entry-level hourly roles may struggle in this position; need experience with management/salaried roles - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
