Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting



Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Technical Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing

• 2+ years’ experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams

• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent

• Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring



Overview

Supports Client’s internal mobility recruiting initiatives by partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs across technology teams. Manages the full-cycle internal recruiting process, including candidate screening, stakeholder consultation, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and closing. Uses recruiting data to provide hiring updates and results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience.



Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs across technology lines of business at Client

• Manage the full lifecycle internal mobility recruiting process and hiring deliverables

• This will include reviewing compelling position descriptions, screening internal candidates, advising business partners on the internal mobility recruiting process, and negotiating job offers

• Candidate management - optimize and execute internal mobility processes and procedures with 100% quality assurance to recruit top talent, owning the candidate engagement process to offer extension and closing

• Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing internal mobility recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion

• Leverage internal mobility recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers, leadership and HR partners
