Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.



Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in corporate recruiting, human resources, or client-facing consulting.

• Strong working knowledge of general HR requirements and compensation practices related to hiring.



Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated corporate full-lifecycle recruiting experience.

• 2+ years of experience consulting simultaneously with multiple hiring managers and executive teams.

• Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive and drive results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.



Skills

• Prior experience with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday.

• Hands-on proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter.



Position Title: Senior Corporate Recruiter (Finance & Accounting)



About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own the full-lifecycle recruitment process for exempt-level finance, accounting, tax, capital markets, and risk roles (ranging from Senior Associate to Senior Manager). You will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, orchestrate innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring managers.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of 15 to 17 active requisitions, scaling up to an average target of 5 hires per month.

• Partner cross-functionally with business group leads and finance stakeholders to scope talent needs, build targeted sourcing plans, and craft compelling job descriptions.

• Drive end-to-end recruitment: source passive talent via advanced search techniques, screen candidates, guide hiring teams, and expertly manage offer negotiations.

• Leverage recruitment metrics and data analytics to provide clear status updates, forecast hiring results, and advise HR partners.

• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, utilizing modern sourcing tools to attract broad talent pools.
