Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, build diverse candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience in support of the company's talent acquisition goals.
Job Duties:
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, advising, offer negotiation, and closing
- Develop and execute sourcing plans leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative techniques
- Own the candidate development process from identification and engagement through offer extension
- Work cross-functionally with a high-performing recruiting team and promote a culture of inclusion and empowerment
- Leverage recruiting data to provide proactive status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
